Our two villages' residences are situated on the estate.

Each one has a private entrance and is immersed in the calm of our gardens, in perfect harmony with the beauty of the surrounding environment, opening out to a stunning view of the Umbrian hills.

About 300 meters from our pool, Borgo Ilaria features six studio apartments as well as a few two-room units.
The restaurant can be accessed with a reservation, as well as the laundry room, which is available by request.

Borgo Paolo is located about 800 meters walk from our pool and has a barbecue area for its guests. Its lodgings, three two-room apartments, are also suitable for a long-term stay. It is just a few feet away from our lake, where hawks, buzzards, roe deer, and other visitors are welcome. It has access to the restaurant and the laundry, both of which are available upon request.
