We run our farm in support of ethical and sustainable farming.
We look after our soil, follow the seasonality, and make an effort to improve the distinctive local varieties.

We produce a moderate amount of olive oil, but it is still noteworthy.
An oil mill that grinds just three tons of olive oil per hour produces 333 Oil, a blend made by three brothers in the family from three separate cultivars (Frantoio, Moraiolo, and Leccino). The flavor is mildly spicy yet well-balanced.

You can also take part in a unique guided experience in Castellaro that will show you every step in the process of making our cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil, engage all of your senses, and end with a keepsake you can take home.
