333 Oil: from olive trees to the oil mill to your homes

We run our farm promoting responsible and sustainable agriculture.
We take care of our lands, respect natural seasons and try to enhance the typical local varieties.

We produce a small but surely noteworthy amount of oil.
A blend that is created by three brothers in the family, the result of three different cultivars (Frantoio, Moraiolo and Leccino), in an oil mill that grinds just three tons per hour: it is 333 Oil, with a slightly spicy flavour, but balanced.

In Castellaro, you can also live an extraordinary guided experience that will illustrate every single phase of the production of our cold-pressed extra virgin olive OIL and that will involve all the senses to culminate with a souvenir… to be brought home.
